Flagstaff Management Company is dedicated to be an effective leader in servicing and maintaining Homeowner Associations. This is achieved by creating a healthy living environment so that the Board of Directors can function effectively and privide a financially sound association.

Our History

Flagstaff Management Company was founded in 1990 with the purpose of providing professional management services to Homeowners Associations.

Flagstaff Managment Company is a family owned business and it does not sell Real Estate or manage rental properties. Flagstaff specializes in the management of townhome style and single family attached and detached homeowner assocations. They use professional property management software provided through Yardi Systems. Each homeowner association receives a monthly income statement, balance sheet, expense register and reconciled bank statement. Flagstaff will work closely with the Board in the hiring of vendors that provide services that meet the needs of the association, help them maximize income earned, and other various services the Board requests.

Flagstaff Management Company does not advertise and thus generates 100% of their business through referrals and market in new home projects. Flagstaff is a medium-sized managment company and will only add new accounts to its portfolio if those accounts meet the maximum standard requirements established by Flagstaff. They have a policy to provide high quality service to each association at an affordable price.
